Natatki ("the App") is developed by Mikhail Ketau. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Notes (text, voice transcriptions, saved URLs), tasks, tags, collections, and chat messages. All content is stored in your private account on Google Firebase and is not accessible to other users.
If you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay address). Anonymous accounts do not collect any personal identifiers.
When you use voice input, audio is streamed in real time to our transcription provider and is not stored after the session ends. The resulting text is saved as part of your note.
We collect anonymous, aggregated usage events (e.g. "note created", "task completed") via Firebase Analytics to improve the App. No advertising identifiers are used. Analytics can be limited via your device's Settings > Privacy > Analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.

Each service processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them:
Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers (US region) and protected by Firebase security rules that ensure only you can access your own data. All network communication uses TLS encryption.
Your content is kept until you delete it. You can delete individual notes, tasks, or collections at any time from within the App.
To delete your entire account and all associated data, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers and cannot be undone.
The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
